What is the minimum stay?

All apartments have a minimum stay of two nights.

Can I stay longer than a month?

Yes, for stays of 28 days or more, please contact us directly at info@pingstudio.co.uk.

Do the apartments have parking?

Yes, each apartment includes one private parking space with EV charging facilities.

Is housekeeping provided?

Yes, weekly housekeeping is included for all apartments.

Are toiletries provided?

Yes, we provide Austin Austin organic toiletries.

Can I bring pets?

Unfortunately, pets are not permitted at Arundel House.

Is smoking allowed?

No, all apartments are strictly non-smoking.

How secure is the property?

The building features an intercom entry system, secure specialist keys, and CCTV for added reassurance.

Do the apartments have Wi-Fi?

Yes, high-speed Wi-Fi is available in all apartments.

How do I get to the property from Cheltenham Spa station?

The station is a 20-30 minute walk or 5 minute drive from Arundel House.
