All apartments have a minimum stay of two nights.

Check-In & Check-Out

Check-in: from 3:00pm

Check-out: by 10:00am

Early check-in/late check-out may be available on request.

House Rules

No pets permitted.

No parties, large gatherings, or events.

Smoking is not permitted inside the apartments.

Please respect other residents and keep noise to a minimum.

Security & Property

Guests are responsible for securing their apartment when leaving.

Any damage or loss to property may be chargeable.

Cancellations

• For stays of 7 nights or fewer, cancellations made at least 24 hours before check-in will receive a full refund.
• For stays of more than 7 nights, cancellations made at least 5 days before check-in will receive a full refund.
• For stays of more than 7 nights, cancellations made between 3 and 5 days before check-in will receive a 70% refund.
• Cancellations made less than 3 days before check-in for stays of more than 7 nights are non-refundable.
