The Apartments

Located in the heart of Cheltenham, Arundel House has been lovingly restored over two years, transforming a once-neglected property into four beautifully designed apartments—two spacious two-bedroom residences and two refined one-bedroom homes. Each apartment combines the character of original period features, such as fireplaces, with contemporary finishes to create a timeless sense of luxury.

Beyond the interiors, Arundel House offers a tranquil retreat. A Japanese-inspired viewing garden and green patio provide a serene backdrop, while private parking with EV charging ensures convenience in the heart of the town. With secondary glazing for absolute peace and quiet, every detail has been considered to offer residents a refined living experience steeped in history, designed for modern life.

The place was immaculate and exactly as shown in the pictures—clean, tidy, and very well presented. The bed was really comfortable, which made it easy to relax and get a great night's sleep. The location is also ideal, within easy walking distance of the centre, making it very convenient to get around. Des was very responsive and friendly throughout, which made the whole stay even smoother. Overall, a lovely place to stay and l'd definitely recommend

Excellent host and fantastic apartment. Very well located for going to Cheltenham races. Only a 5 minute walk into the main bars and less than a 30 minute walk to the track. Would stay again.

"Perfect spot in the middle of Cheltenham. Private parking off road right outside. Spotless inside. Comfortable bed and amazing shower. Very handy for central Cheltenham. Quite expensive but
worth it. Wished we could have stayed longer."

"A really luxurious feel and a perfect location. The whole place was pristine with new and high quality appliances and kitchen equipment. Lovely kitchen and bathroom and such an easy walk into town. Very spacious parking and the softest sheets I have slept in for a long time! Would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a bit of luxury close to town!"
